• ECHINACEA ROOT TEA
  • Add 1 or 2 heaped teaspoons of Echinacea root for each cup of tea required, into a teapot.
  • Pour boiling the water over the tea.
  • Cover and leave to infuse for 8-10 minutes.
  • Strain and serve.
  • Add a little honey or freshly squeezed lemon (even slice of ginger root) to add an extra flavour and more health benefits.
